TERMS OF SERVICE.

KNGDM GRFX provides Graphics Only subscriptions and Fully Managed Facebook and Instagram content services. The scope and allowance of your purchased plan govern the services included. Contact hello@kngdmgrfx.com with questions about your service.

MONTHLY SERVICE

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid the next renewal. Payments are non-refundable. Unused graphic credits do not roll over.

Foundation includes 8 monthly graphic credits and 1 creative revision; Reach includes 12 credits and 2 revisions; Kingdom includes 18 credits and 3 revisions; Impact includes 31 credits and 4 revisions. Additional graphics are $50, $40, $30 and $25 respectively. A standard graphic uses 1 credit. For Kingdom and Impact, one Social Carousel consists of 3–4 coordinated static slides and uses 2 credits.

Impact provides enough monthly creative capacity for approximately one piece of visual content per day. It does not promise daily delivery. Normal KNGDM workflow and turnaround expectations apply.

CLIENT INPUTS & CREATIVE PLANNING

The church supplies its sermon information, quotes, Scripture, events, announcements, ministry priorities and important dates. KNGDM organizes those inputs into visual communication. KNGDM does not write sermons or invent a church’s theological message.

Impact includes monthly Content Map / Creative Planning and weekly 20-minute creative consultations, with a maximum of 4 consultation calls per billing cycle. Calls are coordinated directly with KNGDM. Unused calls do not roll over. Consultation does not include unlimited telephone access. Graphics Only excludes publishing; Fully Managed includes approved Facebook and Instagram content planning, captions, scheduling and publishing.

SOCIAL LAUNCH

Social Launch is a separate $599 one-time setup service: WE BUILD IT. YOU RUN IT. Ongoing Graphics Only or Fully Managed services are optional separate subscriptions. It may be purchased independently or alongside a monthly plan through separate purchases. Social Launch alone does not grant monthly graphic credits or Urgent Ministry Request access.

URGENT REQUESTS

Foundation, Reach, Kingdom and Impact customers may submit an Urgent Ministry Request. KNGDM reviews the details and confirms whether the requested timeline can be met. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or delivery. The existing Urgent Ministry policies continue to apply.

FINISHED WORK & SOURCE MATERIALS

Delivered finished graphics belong to the church for church use. KNGDM retains its source/working files, reusable templates, design systems, production methods and underlying KNGDM assets. Editable/source files are not automatically included.

KNGDM may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

FULLY MANAGED SERVICE

Fully Managed covers Facebook and Instagram only. Monthly prices are Foundation Managed $499, Reach Managed $799, Kingdom Managed $1,099 and Impact Managed $1,599. Graphic credits measure creative capacity, not actual published posts. Cross-posting one design to both platforms uses one graphic credit. The same tier-specific revision and additional-graphic allowances above apply.

Your church supplies ministry information, event details, secure Meta account permissions and content approvals. Complete church onboarding after purchase. KNGDM shares planned content for review; unapproved posts are held. KNGDM manages publishing, not pastoral communications. TikTok, YouTube, X, comment moderation, direct-message responses, paid advertising, photography, video production, Reels and livestream management are excluded from standard packages.
