DO YOU WRITE THE CONTENT FOR US?
Your church provides the message: Scripture, sermon notes, selected quotes, event details and approved copy. We build the visuals. Reach, Kingdom and Impact also include ready-to-post captions based on the content you supply.
DO YOU WATCH OUR SERMON AND FIND QUOTES?
No. Your church chooses the message and sends the notes or quotes you want to share. Sermon watching, quote extraction and sermon clipping are outside the current service.
WHAT COUNTS AS ONE GRAPHIC?
One design = one graphic. Reasonable resizing of that same design for Facebook and Instagram is included. A quote design, an event design and a Scripture design are three graphics.
CAN YOU WORK WITH OUR EXISTING CHURCH BRANDING?
Yes. Share your logo, colors, fonts, photography and examples during onboarding. We use that foundation to make your graphics feel like your church.
WHAT IF OUR CHURCH DOESN’T HAVE BRANDING?
Choose “We don’t really have a brand” during onboarding. We can establish a visual direction around your church’s identity and message.
HOW QUICKLY WILL WE RECEIVE GRAPHICS?
All clients receive attentive professional service. Most standard requests are completed within approximately 2–3 business days. Planned time-sensitive graphics should generally be submitted at least 3 business days before needed. Urgent pastoral or church situations may be handled through direct communication where possible. Same-day service is not guaranteed.
WHAT IF WE NEED A GRAPHIC URGENTLY?
Unexpected ministry situations happen. Active monthly clients may submit an Urgent Ministry Request for funeral announcements, deaths in the church family, emergency closures or urgent church communications. KNGDM will respond as quickly as possible and confirm whether the requested timeline can be met. Genuine ministry emergencies carry no additional rush fee, subject to availability. Normal graphic credits apply to completed work; submitting the form does not use a credit or guarantee delivery.
CAN WE REQUEST CHANGES?
Yes. Foundation includes 1 creative revision per month, Reach includes 2, Kingdom includes 3 and Impact includes 4 per billing cycle. Corrections to KNGDM-created mistakes do not use your allowance. A requested change in creative direction may count as a revision.
CAN WE PURCHASE ADDITIONAL GRAPHICS?
Yes. Additional graphics are $50 each with Foundation, $40 each with Reach, $30 each with Kingdom and $25 each with Impact. Tell us what you need through Request a Graphic.
DO YOU CREATE VIDEOS OR REELS?
We currently specialize in static graphics. Reels, short-form or long-form video, video editing and sermon clipping are not included. Kingdom and Impact include static Social Carousels.
DO YOU POST TO OUR SOCIAL MEDIA FOR US?
Your church publishes the finished graphics. Ongoing posting, account management and community management are outside these services. Reach, Kingdom and Impact include captions to make your posting workflow easier.
WHAT IS SOCIAL LAUNCH?
Social Launch is a $599 one-time social profile branding and setup service. We set up or optimize Facebook and Instagram, apply your church’s branding, prepare profile imagery and copy, create initial launch graphics, and provide a simple handoff guide. No monthly plan is required.
DO YOU MANAGE OUR SOCIAL MEDIA AFTER SOCIAL LAUNCH?
Social Launch is setup—not social media management. We build it. You run it. Your church runs the accounts after handoff; ongoing graphic-design packages are optional.
HOW DOES THE WEEKLY BRIEF WORK?
After choosing a plan, complete the five-step church onboarding. The Weekly Brief is a convenient way to share sermon titles, Scripture, selected notes and quotes, events, announcements, uploads and requests. Email, phone, text and direct conversation remain welcome; portal submission is not mandatory. You choose the message. We turn it into the visual.
WHAT IS A SOCIAL CAROUSEL?
A coordinated 3–4 slide static social-media post, uploaded as one swipeable multi-image post. Kingdom and Impact include this feature: one Social Carousel uses 2 monthly graphic credits. It is not PowerPoint, ProPresenter, Sunday-service slides or video.
CAN WE CANCEL OUR PLAN?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next billing cycle to prevent the next recurring charge. Payments are non-refundable.
DO UNUSED GRAPHICS ROLL OVER?
No. Each new billing cycle receives a fresh allowance: Foundation 8, Reach 12, Kingdom 18 and Impact 31. Unused graphics do not roll over.
DO WE OWN THE FINISHED GRAPHICS?
Yes. Once your completed graphics have been delivered to you, they’re yours to use for your church. Post them, share them, print them and use them across your church’s digital platforms and ministry communications.
KNGDM retains its internal working/source files, reusable templates, design systems, production methods and other underlying assets. Editable/source files are not automatically included.
KNGDM may showcase completed client work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed with you.
WHAT DOES IMPACT ADD?
Impact is $999/month for 31 graphic credits, captions, Social Carousels, 4 creative revisions per billing cycle and a closer creative partnership. It includes a weekly 20-minute consultation, limited to 4 calls per billing cycle, plus monthly Content Map / Creative Planning. Additional graphics are $25 each. Urgent Ministry Request access and reasonable resizing are included.
DOES IMPACT MEAN DAILY DELIVERY?
No. 31 credits provide monthly capacity for approximately one piece of visual content per day. Normal KNGDM workflow and turnaround expectations apply.
HOW DO IMPACT CONSULTATIONS AND PLANNING WORK?
Arrange your weekly 20-minute creative consultation directly with KNGDM, up to 4 calls per billing cycle. Unused calls do not roll over. Your church supplies sermon information, quotes, Scripture, events, announcements, priorities and dates. KNGDM organizes those inputs into a monthly visual communication rhythm. This is creative planning, not sermon writing, theological message creation or social-media management.
CAN IMPACT INCLUDE SOCIAL LAUNCH?
Yes. Social Launch is an optional separate $599 one-time purchase with any monthly plan, including Impact. It remains independently purchasable.
